Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
As a Lead Product Designer on the Admin team, you will shape the experience for the people responsible for configuring, governing, and managing Docusign across their organizations. As AI becomes an increasingly important part of the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management platform, you will help define how administrators configure, understand, govern, and manage AI-powered capabilities with confidence. You will define how these experiences come together into a simple, cohesive Admin experience-making complex enterprise workflows understandable and helping customers confidently configure and manage Docusign at scale. You will design elegant, customer-focused web applications for millions of Docusign users around the globe. You communicate clearly and succinctly and bring cross-functional teams together around a common vision. You adeptly balance complex business and technical requirements with simple, engaging, user-centered solutions. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, Content Design, and the design team. Because Admin capabilities span the Docusign platform, you will also partner across product areas to create consistent patterns and experiences for administrators.
