Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
As the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will define and execute the strategy for the products that let customers know who they're transacting with and whether they can trust the agreement, signature, and data behind it — spanning identity verification, authentication, digital signature integrity, and related trust infrastructure. You'll own a critical growth area at the intersection of security, compliance, and customer experience. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Identity & Trust portfolio, aligning it with Docusign's broader Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) strategy. Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting a high bar for execution and customer-centric thinking. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to ship secure, scalable, and globally compliant identity and trust solutions. Translate complex regulatory and security requirements (e.g., eIDAS, KYC, digital identity standards) into clear, prioritized product requirements. Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, revenue impact, trust/security outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Represent the portfolio externally with key customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events. Stay ahead of market trends in digital identity, fraud prevention, and authentication technology to keep Docusign competitive. Based in Paris, France - managing a geographically distributed team of product managers across San Francisco, Seattle, Paris, Dublin, Tel Aviv and Bangalore.
