As the Docusign learning and development team Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting company-wide learning and development deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring that the various programs and processes are managed efficiently and effectively. You will work with a group of talented learning professionals who are supporting Docusign employees worldwide. The work you do supports our employee’s development and our company’s ambitious growth, all while strengthening our culture.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Learning & Development.
This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months of duration
Responsibility
Schedule training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including room reservations and sending invitations
Order and prepare training materials and supplies (e.g., handouts, presentation equipment, catering)
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to gather course details and ensure smooth delivery of sessions
Manage the L&D email inbox and respond to employee queries, including tickets in ServiceNow
Organize, update, and version-control team templates, documents, and other assets to maintain a clean Google Drive
Maintain training calendars, registration, and attendance records/rosters
Enter data into the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data accuracy
Track and enter training expenses and supporting budget documentation
Process purchase orders in a timely manner
Assist in the development and formatting of training materials, presentations, and internal communications
Assist with keeping learning assets up to date and organized
Distribute and compile participant feedback surveys and support basic reporting and analytics on program effectiveness
Support the new employee onboarding process and other special L&D projects
Support in running logistics and coordination of Insights sessions, including answering session requests and ensuring correct assets are filled out
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
1+ years of experience in human resources, education, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Google Suite
English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Project management experience, managing multiple deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder requests simultaneously
Preferred
University degree in human resources, education, or related field
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
A positive and professional demeanor, with a service-oriented approach to helping others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Administrative or training logistic experience within an HR or L&D department
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
