The Senior Executive Business Center & Engagement Manager, is a highly visible, strategic, and operational role responsible for elevating the company's relationships with its most strategic customers and partners. This role supports the operational excellence and strategic content of the Executive Business Center (EBC) and provides critical support for the broader Executive Engagement Program (EEP), ensuring world-class experiences that directly influence high-value business outcomes. The successful candidate must possess exceptional executive presence, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of corporate strategy.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director, ABM.
Responsibility
Define the strategic vision, standards, and experience principles for the EBC to ensure it consistently delivers high-impact, C-suite-ready engagements
Establish what “great” looks like and guide teams/vendor partners who execute the day-to-day
Design the strategic framework for intake, agenda development, briefing flow, and post-meeting follow-up
Focus on driving business outcomes, deal acceleration, and consistency of executive experience across markets
Delegate operational excellence to EBC managers and partners
Set expectations, service standards, and experience guidelines for all day-to-day operators (internal or vendor) and provide oversight and accountability
Lead the strategy for how internal executive hosts and SMEs engage in briefings and establish playbooks, storytelling frameworks, and training rhythms
Equip leaders for high-stakes conversations
Architect the end-to-end executive engagement strategy across the company spanning the Executive Briefing Center, Docusign flagship events (ex: Momentum), regional executive experiences, and high-value third-party programs
Define the purpose, audience, experience principles, and success metrics for all executive-facing moments
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Field Marketing leadership to identify the accounts, opportunities, and executive personas that should be prioritized
Establish a framework for which executive experiences to activate for which customer segment, deal stage, or opportunity type
Define the executive experience blueprint for Docusign-owned events—VIP programs, C-level tracks, tailored executive journeys—and collaborate with Experiential, PMM, and Field to ensure alignment to business objectives
Evaluate and shape the executive strategy for third-party events, determining where and how to activate meaningful C-level interactions that accelerate pipeline and strengthen relationships
Define the measurement framework for executive engagement across all programs
Partner with analytics to track meeting influence, deal velocity, sentiment, and post-event impact
Build insights and recommendations that inform future strategy and investment
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years directly managing an Executive Briefing Center, Executive Program, or similar high-touch, client-facing facility
Experience communicating with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Experience managing complex, multi-faceted logistics and schedules under pressure
Ability to translate high-level business goals into tangible, world-class customer experiences
Experience managing direct reports (EBC Coordinators, hospitality staff) or leading cross-functional, virtual teams to achieve program goals
Preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare)
Familiarity with modern event technology, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and internal communication platforms
Experience supporting or managing engagements across multiple geographies or cultures
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $126,900.00 - $197,800.00 base salary
