Our Product team works on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative, never-before-done products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.
As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will own the lifecycle of features from concept to launch, helping us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. Your work will directly impact customer security, compliance, and trust across 180+ countries. Your role will be to collaborate with Engineering and Design to build great product experiences. Your objectives will be to understand the vision and strategy, collaborate on the roadmap, and execute the plans that are developed.
This position is an inidividual contributor and reports to the Senior Manager Product Manager, Identify.
Responsibility
Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs
Understand market, competitors & customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing to drive the next generation of Identity innovations
Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and leadership on the product roadmap for effective release and sprint planning
Lead the definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, product, user experience, program and engineering stakeholders
Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria and and support the Senior Product Manager in backlog prioritization
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development and Marketing on go to market strategies
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
2+ years of experience in product management
Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management, or related degree
Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Preferred
Experience in delivering applications using Agile methodologies
Experience in identity verification space and / or compliance products
Experience in SaaS product development
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curious about emerging trends and technology and in particular the identity verification market
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
