As Senior Product Marketing Manager, UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for communicating the value of Docusign’s products and solutions in our European markets, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Ireland. You’ll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, and how our portfolio of solutions can help them deliver better results. This is a highly cross-functional role, in which you’ll partner closely with our Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement teams to arm stakeholders with compelling messaging that helps to generate and convert demand at various stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and assets that illustrate how Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) empowers customers in our core industries, lines of business, and international regions to transform their agreement processes - and their businesses - with our suite of tailored agreement management applications.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Solutions Product Marketing - International.
Responsibility
Develop messaging and assets that highlight the value of Docusign IAM applications and solutions internationally, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Ireland
Monitor and report on product performance, pricing and packaging, and key audience trends
Support the development and prioritisation of the product roadmap and GTM strategy in the United Kingdom and Ireland and the broader EMEA market
Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to generate demand, convert opportunities, and drive awareness by activating local solutions messaging and sales plays
Lead localisation of priority content in EMEA
Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Solution Consulting and Sales to develop and/or localise content for first and third-party events
Partner with GTM Enablement to develop and/or localise and deliver sales enablement and sales resources to field teams
Support competitive intelligence initiatives to identify customer needs, refine messaging, and prioritise go-to-market opportunities
Develop and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met and content is performing with key customer audiences
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
8+ years product marketing or equivalent GTM experience in the B2B SaaS space
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Field Enablement, in a B2B setting
Experience working in EMEA markets
Native or bilingual fluency in English
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter who can drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal need for supervision
Proven ability to understand and distill complex topics into simple, compelling messaging that is understandable for non-technical audiences
Proven ability to develop and execute data driven go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product solutions adoption
Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact
Experience partnering with Product Management teams to support the development of long-term product roadmaps for SaaS solutions
Experience in one or more of the following categories: eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other business process automation tools
Industry knowledge of Health and Life Sciences, Public Sector and/or Financial Services
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
