The Senior Project Manager (PM) position sits within our Professional Services team, comprised of fee-earning resources that deliver customer implementations and integrations. Our Senior Project Managers manage the effective deployment of Docusign implementations to time, cost and quality, accelerating time to value whilst also managing and mitigating risks. Best practice solution design paired with controlled delivery leads to successful implementation, end-user adoption and ultimately customer success. The Senior PM is the primary overlay for ensuring this success, by orchestrating project resources (Solution Architects, Product Consultants and Technical Consultants) to collectively drive to the required customer outcomes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Delivery Director.
Responsibility
Develop a highly flexible and transparent process which constantly engages with the business to ensure the project team is focused on the right priorities and meeting business goals
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop project scopes and objectives, defining feature requirements, and involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure that all projects, across the team including their own, are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and to high quality
Develop detailed project plans to track progress against timelines and financial forecasts
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Handle incident and bug management and tracking
Manage all project Risks and Issues
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Create status reports, meeting minutes, and tracking action items
Keep business teams and senior executives updated on project timelines and results
Evaluate existing processes and procedures
Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Basic
15+ experience of project management for complex cloud-based technology projects for Enterprise-level customers
Experience delivering large-scale programmes to time, cost, quality and scope
Experience in software project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience working alongside System Integrators and exposure to release management processes
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing expectations and priorities
Experience using project management tools e.g JIRA, ADO, Microsoft Office
Professional Services experience
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or discipline related to industry or equivalent
Financial Services experience
Consulting experience
Experience with business analysis
Experience using a CRM solution such as Salesforce
Professional Services Automation application expertise (e.g. Certinia, Changepoint, etc.)
Strong communication skills to create and convey customer objectives to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools,
Resource management practices and change management techniques
Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charter, project plan, status reports, project timesheets, estimates, communication plan, reports, risk management plan, budget, milestone/deliverables charts
Demonstrated experience managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements
Proficient in MS Project and Excel/Google Sheets; able to manage complex project schedules and estimates
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage meetings, lead project teams, and communicate effectively with senior management
Not afraid to get involved in complex issues to drive problem solving, and rapidly get to solutions
A self-starter, able to think on their feet and exercise good judgment and decision-making
High attention to detail
Ability to adjust work schedule when required based on projects and deliverables
PMI certified PMP is a plus
Aptitude for identifying areas for improvement and developing appropriate new processes
Ability to lead without authority to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships
Ability to identify and resolve ambiguity
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Must be dedicated, flexible, accountable, and able to respond rapidly to issues and manage challenging situations with high business impact
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
