Maestro is Docusign's new no-code workflow orchestration platform, a central part of our new Intelligent Agreement Management offering. Maestro enables organizations to streamline complex agreement workflows, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure compliance through automation. As the Principal Product Manager for Maestro, you'll drive the evolution of key workflow capabilities, including the tools available to our customers to digitize their agreement processes.nbsp;
This role will be responsible for engaging with customers, defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and design to ensure Maestro delivers best-in-class automation capabilities. You'll work with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new agreement automation use cases to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, ideally experience designing and building no-code tools for non-technical audiences, and a strong track record of building products that span multiple components, features, and services.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.
Responsibility
Articulate and champion the long-term product vision for Docusign Maestro as the orchestration layer of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), driving deep integration across the Docusign suite, external systems, and partner ecosystems
Evolve and scale the Maestro platform to meet the needs of enterprise customers-expanding capabilities in reporting, auditing, monitoring, compliance, and governance
Define and grow the developer and ISV ecosystem, enabling third parties to build, extend, and monetize solutions on top of Maestro
Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations to deliver differentiated, high-impact workflow automation experiences
Lead with customer and market insight—engaging with strategic customers, conducting market research, and leveraging data to identify opportunities that shape the roadmap and influence the broader IAM strategy
Act as a strategic partner to go-to-market teams, driving adoption, packaging, and positioning strategies that expand Maestro usage and accelerate IAM growth
Routinely and effectively represent Docusign as a company spokesperson in high-level internal and external forums, including thought leader conversations, analyst briefings, and strategic customer engagements
Develop and deliver strategic communications that convey a compelling business case for Maestro, ensuring alignment across the business and the industry
Act as a seasoned coach and mentor to experienced product team members, providing guidance and direction for solving complex problems and enhancing work relationships
Lead development activities for the PM function, such as new tools or streamlined processes, and champion an inclusive and equitable work environment
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
15+ years experience in building software, ideally at scale, and for enterprises
Experience defining, launching, and scaling demonstrably successful products
Exceptional customer empathy and ability to translate user insights into strategic product decisions
Experience driving successful go-to-market plans, onboarding strategies, and long-term adoption initiatives and growing products in different markets
Preferred
Demonstrated strong track record of effective innovation in workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms
Strong bias to action and sense of ownership
Clarity in communicating vision and execution plans clearly across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
Based in the Seattle area
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $193,100.00 - $286,500.00 base salary
