Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, Engineering Ops in Docusign’s TPM organization, you will operationalize and standardize the processes that drive Engineering and Product execution. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and TPM peers to improve governance, streamline capitalization workflows, and integrate tooling and reporting frameworks. A key part of this role is enabling consistent adoption of standardized processes across teams and reducing the fire drills that slow delivery. In addition, you will partner with Product and Engineering to execute roadmap priorities and feature launches, ensuring teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and dependencies. This is an execution-focused role that provides critical leverage to scale the impact of central operations and support organizational transformation.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management.

Responsibility

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, driving alignment from Product, Engineering, and TPM organizations

  • Drive product and feature launches in partnership with Product and Engineering, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes

  • Establish and drive adoption of standardized governance processes and rhythms of business, including quarterly planning, portfolio intake, resource allocation, and leadership cadences

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to streamline capitalization workflows, ensure compliance, and reduce manual overhead

  • Integrate tooling and reporting (Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, Clarity) into a single source of truth, delivering unified dashboards and reliable visibility into program and operational health

  • Identify and implement operational improvements that scale across teams and drive consistency in how programs are planned and executed

  • Track and surface risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives, ensuring visibility and timely escalation to leadership

  • Contribute to TPgM playbooks and toolkits, helping to standardize processes and improve adoption across the organization

  • Provide TPgM support for high-priority initiatives, ensuring structure and execution rigor under tight timelines
