As the Senior Product Manager - CLM Document Experiences, you will develop the vision and roadmap, and define plans to support unifying the preview experiences across our platform, with a specific focus on seamless data manipulation and synchronization between CLM and Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) components. You will work closely with the Director of Product Management, as well as other Product Managers within the team and across Docusign to develop and support highly scalable, performance, reliable and secure experiences through all development and go-to-market phases from concept through launch and adoption. You will drive adoption of new workflow and platform services related to unifying previews, managing folder permissions, and enhancing data flow and interoperability between CLM and other IAM components to ensure data integrity and user efficiency. Your objectives will be directly aligned with business metrics such as revenue, adoption, customer and partner satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition, you will also improve our core CLM services such as document generation and attributes.

Responsibility
Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for unifying and replacing preview experiences across all internal applications, encompassing both customer-facing features and backend platform core services, with a primary focus on seamless integration and user experience enhancement
Secure buy in for a product strategy that identifies, defines and supports product and corporate objectives, and achieve superior customer outcomes
Own PRDs by overseeing collaboration with all partner teams involved This includes defining use cases and requirements to connect existing capabilities
Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting and tracking appropriate product and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new and existing products
Lead gathering, analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customer and partner challenges related to workflow, performance, scalability, reliability and security
Lead the evaluation, prioritization and development of major B2B functionality in partnership with cross functional teams, leveraging customer insights and industry best practices
Determine how to prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning
Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
Represent the product team when partnering with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure solutions ships on time and to quality
Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams to effectively transition customers to our next generation IAM platform
Presents to internal and external stakeholders the product strategy, roadmap and details of release plans and effectively adjusts communications and messages to different audiences
Influence without authority in and outside of the Product team
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
