What you'll do

As the Vice President, EMEA Marketing, you will own the comprehensive marketing strategy and execution for one of our highest-growth regions with expectations for even more growth. This executive leadership role demands a visionary strategic thinker who can not only build and empower a high-performing destination team but also significantly influence and leverage resources across the entire organization. You will be directly accountable for driving measurable business outcomes, from optimizing the full pipeline funnel (MQL to Open Pipe to closed won) to rapidly adapting strategies in real-time to maximize market impact and capture aggressive growth targets. You will have targets for both our product led business, as well as our sales led business.

 

This is a regional and people leadership position reporting to the GVP, Growth Marketing.

 

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the EMEA region to achieve and exceed aggressive business objectives, driving a clear destination for the team

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of regional marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous upleveling of work as you will have both direct and indirect teams sitting in region that look to your leadership

  • Analyze complex market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify significant opportunities for growth and strategic advantage within EMEA

  • Collaborate extensively with the EMEA Sales team and other critical cross-functional partners, including Product, Sales Development and Global Marketing teams (Product Marketing, Performance, Creative, Lifecycle, PR, etc.), to ensure cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts that expand scope and influence across the company

  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative, EMEA-specific marketing campaigns, encompassing advanced performance marketing, high-impact events, strategic promotions, and impactful partnerships, constantly seeking ways to uplevel the overall approach

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, demonstrating direct accountability for pipeline health and making real-time strategic adjustments to maximize impact and ROI.

  • Manage and influence significant regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment to fuel aggressive growth targets

  • Foster and expand strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regional Sales leadership, global partners, strategic alliances, and key customers, leveraging these relationships to enhance business scope and impact

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively applying this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 15+ years of innovative marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving significant growth in a high-growth region
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, complex regional marketing strategies that have directly contributed to substantial pipeline and revenue growth
  • Executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across a global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, destination team that consistently exceeds expectations and drives strategic impact
  • Extensive experience managing regional marketing budgets with a focus on optimizing ROI and delivering against financial targets
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances

Preferred

  • Strong strategic management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, strategic initiatives from conception through successful execution with a focus on measurable impact, deep accountability, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever evolving, matrixed and dynamic environment
  • Deep knowledge of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and competitive landscapes within EMEA, with a proven track record of translating insights into successful go-to-market strategies and commercial outcomes

Wage Transparency

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
