We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Culture & Belonging Specialist to help activate our regional Culture, Belonging, and Talent Innovation initiatives. You'll play a vital role in driving employee engagement, coordinating program operations, supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and recognition programs, and ensuring an optimal employee experience.
You will work closely with internal partners to deliver impactful events and initiatives, provide responsive employee support, onboard users to our systems, and ensure strong execution through documentation, tracking, and reporting.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Belonging Lead.
Responsibility
Support the implementation of regional and functional Culture & Belonging plans by coordinating talent initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Partner with ERG leaders to review and approve budget requests and provide enablement and hosting support for both in-person and virtual events
Provide operational support for multiple recognition programs including troubleshooting Spark+ points, quarterly allocation of SPIFFs, and managing employee inquiries
Serve as a liaison with regional employees and business and HR partners to activate and ensure alignment and local relevance of Culture & Belonging initiatives
Assist with onboarding users to systems and tools (eg, ERG and recognition management platforms, event tracking systems)
Build energy, interest, and engagement for events and measure the effectiveness of programs (formal and informal)
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact
Track program activities and budget utilization, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy
Support internal knowledge-sharing and best practice development across regional and functional teams
Create and maintain clear process documentation to support internal transparency and operational consistency
Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations that summarize activities, engagement, and impact
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
2+ years of experience in program coordination in HR/Talent operations or employee experience/ engagement
Ability to create process flow documentation and standard operating procedures
Preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent time-management skills and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-oriented approach, and the ability to create and distribute clear and timely communications
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
Strong relationship management
Experience with event coordination
Highly organized management of initiatives
Customer/stakeholder oriented mindset
