As we aim to accelerate our growth in Germany, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director for DACH to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping us sustainable and consistent revenue growth. The successful candidate will own go-to-market planning and execution for Docusign’s marketing programs across the DACH market to grow awareness, capture demand and accelerate pipeline. The successful individual will have a deep understanding of the German market and business landscape, a solid understanding of the SaaS space and ideally experience operating in growth-centric organisations. This is a high impact role that combines strategy, leadership, project management, creative thinking, demand generation and execution. Developing, mentoring and hiring talent into the DACH Marketing team is key to ensuring success over the long term.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA.
Responsibility
Build and own the marketing strategy for DACH and be able to turn strategy into an operational plan that delivers sustainable growth
Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire GTM function
Define which key tactics to use to engage our ideal audiences that drive action including 1st/3rd - party events, webinars, digital marketing, PR and content marketing programs
Collaborate closely with business development teams to ensure success of marketing programs and impact on pipeline/bookings
Track and analyse industry trends and competitor efforts to extend the company’s leadership position
Demonstrate leadership to positively influence cross functional teams and communicate up to senior leadership
Ensure close alignment with the Global Demand Centre to localise relevant programs for the DACH Market
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
