What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Docusign, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our trust and Digital Signature space. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, overseeing impactful customer-facing products globally, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value.

 

This role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology, as you will need to identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into actionable product features, and lead product roadmap from discovery and scoping to launch, as well as customer adoption and conversion. Your ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be vital in driving product success and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

 

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Product Management Director.

 

Responsibility

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and the Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Develop a deep understanding of key personas and jobs to be done by closely working with customers, User Research, and Marketing
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure product functionalities to translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Learn, measure, and improve key business and customer metrics in collaboration with Data Science, identifying areas for continuous testing, experimentation, and evolution

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 4+ experience in Product Management or similar fields
  • Experience in a SaaS, and/or B2B or B2B2C platforms
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to influence others
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as JIRA, Figma and other product design tools


Preferred

  • Experience taking a product from concept to launch
  • Experience in creating roadmaps, prioritizing features and grooming requirements
  • Experience in cryptography or PKI
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-centered design, or similar
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Ohio: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary 

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
