If so, we're looking for a Growth Specialist to join the New Revenue team and become a vital link between our product team and our valued customers.

In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our products and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. You'll have the unique opportunity to interact directly with users, gather crucial feedback, and contribute to both our innovation and retention efforts.

This role is a perfect fit for someone seeking to learn foundational Product Management and Growth Manager skills. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced Product Directors to innovate and incubate new ideas.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth

Responsibility

  • Reach out to customers via email or phone and reply to customer inquiries via email or phone relating to new concepts, features, products, programs, etc.

  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and discussions to understand customer needs, pain points, and desires

  • Reach out to customers to introduce and test new features, product concepts, and initiatives and gather initial reactions and identify early adopters

  • Synthesize feedback and relay it to our product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive informed decision-making

  • Oversee new agentic proof of concepts to help train models that will improve customer experiences

  • Identify opportunities to showcase the value of our products and new features, potentially leading to upsells or cross-sells

  • Discuss product benefits and addressing customer questions

  • Engage with at-risk customers to understand their challenges and work towards solutions that prevent churn abd help customers maximize their investment in our platform

  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within our company

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes, contributing to our customer knowledge base and reporting on key metrics

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 2+ years of professional experience at a SaaS company

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role

Preferred

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, able to explain complex ideas clearly and listen attentively to customer needs

  • Customer first mindset and genuinely care about helping customers succeed and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Proactive and self-motivated and not afraid to take initiative, reach out to new people, and drive projects forward independently

  • Excited to learn and inform new technologies, products, and strategies

  • Good at tackling challenges and finding creative solutions for customers

  • Comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software applications

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $100,300.00 - $154,900.00 base salary

 

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $94,600.00 - $130,075.00 base salary

 

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $94,600.00 - $137,875.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
