What you'll do

Docusign’s Global Partner Marketing team is seeking an experienced, high-impact partner marketer to lead marketing strategy and execution for our top strategic ISV and SI partners - including (but not only) Salesforce, Microsoft and SAP. This role blends leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll lead a team and simultaneously roll up your sleeves to deliver programs that drive demand, revenue, and partner satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with external and internal teams, including our business development and sales organization, regional marketing, product marketing and marketing operations. Success in this role requires a growth mindset and passion to champion partner and customer needs.

 

This is a high-impact opportunity that combines strategy, project management, execution and analytical problem solving and an opportunity to own and shape the marketing agenda for some of our most strategic partnerships.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.

 

Responsibility

  • Lead the strategy and execution for Strategic ISVs and SI partners, aligning on Docusign and partners’ go-to-market plans that drive mutual pipeline and revenue

  • Serve as a primary marketing interface to strategic partners and SIs - aligning plans, executing joint campaigns, and measuring results

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to enable partner sales motion, educate stakeholders, and support adoption

  • Own marketing contribution to pipeline goals through scalable programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner program activation

  • Track KPIs and performance analytics to optimize and report on marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and overall impact

  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner business models, focus areas, priorities, and how those align with our customer needs to drive relevant, value-based campaigns

  • Manage budgets, program calendars, and stakeholder alignment to drive operational excellence

  • Manage a team while also personally owning key initiatives and deliverables

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of related B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years focused on strategic ISVs / SIs partner marketing
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS space
  • Experience planning and executing co-marketing campaigns with global enterprise partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and personable with the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization, internally and externally
  • Strategic, analytical thinker who also delivers strong execution and follow-through
  • Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable revenue impact
  • Proven track record of supporting global-first teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, and drive to make an impact
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with partner program structures, partner tiers, and MDF/co-op fund management
  • Organized, critical thinker and detail-oriented with a proven record of driving positive business results
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, excel as a self-starter with desire to drive new initiatives from conception to completion and exhibit a strong bias for action

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
