As a Staff Business Systems Analyst on the People Technology & Operations team, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, People Operations, IT, and external partners to shape the ATS roadmap, integrate key systems, and convert complex business requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions that enhance the recruiter and candidate experience.
In addition to leading the Talent Acquisition technology transformation, you will drive continuous improvement across the broader HR technology stack. This includes optimizing workflows, enhancing data integrity, advancing long-term technology strategy, and mentoring analysts. You’ll play a pivotal role in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement helping to scale how we attract, engage, and hire top talent globally.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Technology & Operations.
Responsibility
Lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategic technical roadmap for the ATS and broader People Technology systems
Help shape the People team’s AI strategy by identifying and leverage AI across recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives
Own the complete RFP lifecycle from vendor evaluation to long-term relationship management
Identify and implement improvements across the People Tech stack to enhance scalability, efficiency, and user experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable system designs
Produce comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and security frameworks
Support integration efforts between the ATS and key enterprise systems, including Workday HCM, background check providers, Docusign, ServiceNow, analytics platforms (e.g., Visier, Tableau), scheduling solutions, and interview intelligence tools (e.g., BrightHire) to enable a seamless, scalable, and efficient talent technology stack
Manage large-scale implementations and enhancements, overseeing scope, resourcing, timelines, and budget
Utilize Agile or hybrid delivery models to lead projects and ensure iterative value delivery
Define and execute test strategies, manage UAT, and resolve issues throughout the testing lifecycle
Support training, documentation, and communications for effective adoption and change readiness
Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement
Establish governance models, SLAs, release schedules, and support structures for HR technology platforms
Promote best practices and process consistency across global People and Talent Acquisition functions
Mentor junior and senior analysts, fostering growth in technical and stakeholder management skills
Represent the People Technology function in cross-functional leadership forums and strategic initiatives

Basic
12+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with a track record of success in global, high-growth environments
5+ years leading end-to-end ATS implementations (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting), including configuration, integrations, and reporting
Experience in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Performance modules
Experience with HR and Talent Acquisition processes, compliance requirements, and best-in-class technology practices
Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver scalable, strategic solutions
Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
Preferred
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with docusign, ServiceNow, Jira, Visier, or similar platforms
Background in Talent Acquisition or People Operations
Knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and business process design
Develops talent, drives performance, and fosters a culture of learning
Navigates ambiguity and adapts strategies to dynamic environments
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $151,200.00 - $213,600.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $151,200.00 - $222,450.00 base salary
Washington DC: $157,500.00 - $222,450.00 base salary
Ohio: $131,900.00 - $186,275.00 base salary
