The Senior Program Manager will lead and motivate our teams by introducing efficient processes, driving innovative and measurable solutions to maximize efficiency for team members, and working in unison with the product and technology teams to create the best experiences for our customers. This role will be responsible for managing programs’ scope through all phases of the life cycle.
The Senior Program Manager will build schedules: monitor the project from initiation through delivery, organizing the interdepartmental activities, ensuring management of interdependencies and managing risks proactively to drive completion of the program. This person will plan, track and monitor work of cross functional teams including but not limited to product management, Engineering, marketing, Field enablement, Customer enablement and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Duties and tasks are varied, needing independent judgment so the person needs to be fully competent in the area of program management expertise.

You must be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment; bringing order to chaos.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management.
Responsibility
Drive alignment to and execution of high stakes cross-functional initiatives and programs
Oversee end-to-end program execution across teams / groups, including risk management, communication, issue/conflict resolution and dependency management
Collaborate with responsible partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage and mitigate program risks
Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholders / leadership meetings, tracking actions, providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockers
Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programs
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency
Keep the executive and business teams updated on project timelines and results
Partner with end-to-end implementation teams to define launch plans to identify and mitigate Gaps, Risks, dependencies
Ensure adherence to governance processes and visibility to release management
Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage teams across disciplines and across geographies (San Francisco, Seattle, etc)
Travel as required (~10%)
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic
8+ years leading large scale, complex, cross-functional, global programs for SaaS based products
Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans
Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships
Ability to synthesize data from various streams and present in a digestible bite size manner to upper management and execution teams
Experience using Google suite, Project organization tools, Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting, etc.
Preferred
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and technical background
Strong organizational skills with ability to deal with ambiguity, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Equally confident in working with executive team members as working with implementation teams
Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Experience in companies in both small and large scale software development organizations.
Strong business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and expectations
Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary
