Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
As a Video Producer/Editor, you will be responsible for brainstorming, shooting and editing video content for Docusign’s Communications, Content Marketing, and Social teams for use across a myriad of channels. You’ll partner with our executive leaders, team members, and business partners to tell Docusign’s story, showcase the benefits of its products, and generally to build the company’s brand. As our in-house video specialist, you will produce compelling thought leadership videos (executive interviews, explainers, etc.), how-to videos, and customer story videos (testimonials, case studies, use cases), helping to elevate our brand and drive demand.
The successful candidate will know their way around a camera, be familiar with professional-level editing software, and be steeped in best-practice storytelling techniques while being curious about fresh ways to communicate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, production, and brand building — and who understands how to craft engaging narratives that stand out from the crowd and resonate with B2B audiences.
A bit about you: You are a proven video storyteller, comfortable executing at every stage from concept to final cut. You have great judgment, an authentic voice, and know when to deploy it. You’re creative and are a voracious learner of new creative storytelling techniques. You understand when a moment calls for deep thought leadership content, or fun/authentic social trend content, and can deftly navigate between creating content for both. You are interested in areas relevant to Docusign’s business including, but not limited to, AI, contract platforms, and SaaS trends.
To succeed, you’ll be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment. You have strong writing skills, but you love a good edit. You enjoy the challenge a tight deadline brings and have the wit and scrappiness to meet it. You love to get into the weeds and help tell a story. You are flexible in the face of change. You get joy from growing an enterprise that helps businesses and people be successful. You bring top-tier emotional intelligence and a sense of humor to all you do.
