What you'll do

Docusign is looking to add a bright and motivated Intern to our Demand Marketing team. The person in this role will have the chance to work on projects that have a direct impact on our demand generation and pipeline activities - from planning and execution of campaigns and programs, to analyzing results and measuring impact. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, work autonomously with quality results, and have a natural affinity toward making data-driven decisions.


This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Demand Marketing Manager.


Responsibility

  • Collaborate with marketing and business partners to execute marketing activities that aligns with the region strategies under the guidance of the marketing team

  • Assist demand marketing managers with activities such as webinars, live events, physical events, social media copies, advertising, content generation, creative design and project management

  • Cooperate in the administrative tasks working closely with the extended marketing team

  • Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice

  • Utilize multiple analytics tools to track and evaluate the performance of individual initiatives

  • Provide insights and actively search for different ways to reach the audience across different segments

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Currently pursuing a BS - Studying Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related areas

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing/sales, including hands-on experience with campaign execution and design
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Analytical, well-organized, with a logical mindset
  • High commitment to deadlines and quality
  • Excellent verbal/written and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Wage Transparency

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
