What you'll do

Are you interested in sales compensation for a SaaS based company? The Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will support the Global Sales Compensation Team in SPIFFs and plan distribution. This role will help effectively help with the set up of the SPIFF incentive structure and evaluation to drive accountability and program impact while also maintaining our comp plan distributions. The Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Plan Design & Strategy Sales Compensation team.

 

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and a team player who constantly strives to scale and improve on processes, has an eye for details with accuracy, and is an excellent communicator. As an out of the box thinker, you will be rolling-up your sleeves and willing to take on any challenges.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Sales Compensation Strategy.

 

Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end process of SPIFF administration, including pay implementation and calculation

  • Conduct detailed reporting and analysis on SPIFF program performance, including tracking sales metrics, evaluating ROI, and identifying trends, to inform strategic decision-making

  • Have knowledge of Sales Compensation policies and their application(s) to ensure compliance with the SPIFF program requirements

  • Create SPIFF enablement content for the Sales Organization

  • Co-lead the end-to-end process to launch and audit Sales Compensation Plans for monthly and annual distribution needed and identify gaps in process and policies

  • Maintain monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis

  • Support projects that assist sales enablement, SOX compliance, and systems integration

  • Build trust and relationships with the cross-functional team

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation and knowledge of incentive systems

Preferred

  • Experience in sales compensation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and intellectual curiosity
  • Proven track record of gained efficiencies
  • Experience with Xactly or other Sales Incentive Compensation tools
  • Excellent organization, documentation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written

Wage Transparency

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
