The Sales Compensation team is responsible for helping define the incentive strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Docusign. Reporting into the Director of Sales Compensation Design amp; Strategy you will drive SPIFF programs and requirements on a quarterly basis and lead a team of three to help drive annual and quarterly metrics on plan design and policy. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales compensation and operations, building complex Excel/gsheet models and leveraging Tableau reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change and performance by driving quarterly incentives.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Sales Compensation Strategy.
Responsibility
Design quarterly special incentives (SPIFFs) to support the Go-to-Market strategy during the plan year
Develop metrics to assess the success of SPIFFs, and present findings and proposed actions to Executive Leadership
Be responsible for President’s Club rules, qualifications and payouts
Participate in the development of the sales compensation structure/philosophy
Own comp plan distribution for all sales participants
Communicate and pass requirements to the implementation lead for sales compensation plans, ensuring that designs and calculations meet specifications
Develop and improve documentation, and support strong internal controls
Manage and maintain all sales compensation policies and communications
Lead change management processes with enablement to the WWFO and sales development teams by clearly communicating and educating the teams on compensation plan changes while ensuring transparency and understanding
Build and manage a small to mid-size team of sales compensation analysts working on non-standard / non-routine assignments that require increasing judgment / discretion.

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
