The Director of Digital Transformation is a leader on the Professional Services team with overall responsibility for the Digital Transformation Consultants (DTC) that are deployed across our most strategic customers. This is a strategic delivery leadership position with the skills and experience to oversee some of our largest, most strategic customer engagements as well as manage a high performing team of DTCs to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. This role will be closely aligned to the field and will work in concert with the Account Executives, Customer Success Account Managers, Professional Services and Engagement Managers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities as well as execute key account strategies and ensure Customers achieve ROI with Docusign. Paramount to this role will be a keen focus on ensuring our Customer’s success, adoption and growth with the Docusign platform as well ensuring the DTC is optimized and hitting financial targets.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, Professional Services.
Responsibility
Lead and develop DTC’s business charter and drive success of the DTC team’s goals and objectives
Inspire and develop a positive culture within the DTC team that encourages thought leadership, collaboration and execution excellence
Coach and guide managers and individual contributors at all stages and levels for improvement opportunities with a focus on developing a well-rounded and high performing team
Ensure DTC engagements have high customer satisfaction and support Customer’s success, adoption and growth on the Docusign platform
Hyperfocus on managing the team’s performance and achieving DTC financial targets
Be part of the Professional Services (PS) leadership team developing and collaborating on business, project, product offerings, and customer strategies that support Docusign’s growth
Partner across international and cross-functional teams to ensure go to market alignment
Support Sales and provide the vision and value proposition of Docusign and DTC in support of services sales and license growth
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $165,000.00 - $254,925.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $160,900.00 - $233,350.00 base salary
Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $160,900.00 - $239,250.00 base salary
Washington DC: $165,000.00 - $239,250.00 base salary
