We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Gen AI Lead to drive the adoption of Generative AI capabilities throughout our organization. As the Gen AI Lead, you will be instrumental in deploying, and refining AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate decision processes, and deliver valuable strategic insights. This position demands a strong combination of hands-on AI/ML expertise and leadership skills to foster collaboration and drive results. Additionally, successful candidates will possess technical knowledge of AI/ML, leadership abilities, business understanding, and a product-focused approach.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Data Officer.
Responsibility
Drive strategic AI initiatives and achieve optimal results
Mentor the team to create impactful and efficient AI interactions
Prioritize an AI roadmap based on strategic value and feasibility
Collaborate with Security and Legal to conduct product risk assessments and ensure compliance with the NIST framework
Spearhead the research, and implementation of cutting-edge AI LLM models, agentic platforms, and purpose-built AI apps
Cultivate a culture of innovation and experimentation with novel AI techniques and approaches
Spearhead the development and seamless integration of Gen AI solutions into existing products and services
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee product lifecycles to incorporate Gen AI and Agentic capabilities
Oversee and steer the prioritization framework to drive the return on investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Analyze market trends and competition to pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven product enhancements
Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate across departments to champion AI adoption and integration
Cultivate strong internal relationships to propel AI initiatives forward
Forge robust partnerships with key stakeholders and DTS to spearhead a comprehensive build-and-buy strategy
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
