We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the US Department of Defense (DoD). As RVP, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) in achieving monthly sales quotas and driving the growth of our Docusign Agreement Cloud offering across a broad territory.
In this role, you’ll be an inspiring leader, guiding your team to success by collaborating with AEs, coaching them to enhance their skills, and helping them close new business while managing and nurturing existing accounts. As an influential sales leader, you’ll serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate for both the business and your team. You’ll be accountable for sales goals, strategic planning, and ensuring the team’s performance remains aligned with our organizational objectives.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Area Vice President, Enterprise.
Responsibility
Oversee the daily activities and performance of the Federal Enterprise Sales team, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets
Develop and execute strategies to grow overall revenue for the DocuSign Agreement Cloud offering within the Department of Defense and related sectors
Mentor and coach AEs to strengthen essential sales skills such as market management, forecasting, deal negotiations, and CRM accuracy
Collaborate with AEs to build strong relationships with enterprise accounts, monitor account health, reduce churn, and increase new business
Assess sales pipelines, track activity, and deliver accurate forecasts to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous progress
Provide guidance on complex deal structures and cross-functional support for both internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for training and career development while fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team
Maintain a proactive line of communication with senior leadership, delivering accurate forecasts, sales reports, and strategic insights during weekly and quarterly reviews
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $186,500.00 - $280,400.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $180,300.00 - $261,375.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $180,300.00 - $270,350.00 base salary
Washington DC: $186,500.00 - $270,350.00 base salary
Ohio: $169,000.00 - $245,050.00 base salary
