We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to help support sales administrators across different regions. As part of a high performing team, you will drive the day-to-day sales compensation process ranging from, but not limited to, setting up our new hires, transfers/promotions, LOA and terminations. You will handle our Sales Compensation case queue and will be the first level support to respond to any inquiries. You will raise to the Administration team when needed. This role will work cross-functionally, and will collaborate with Sales Ops, Sales Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting and Revenue Operations.
Ideal candidate is independent, collaborative, improves processes, shows attention to detail, and excels in communication. An out of the box problem solver, you will be rolling-up your sleeves and willing to take on any challenges.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Sales Compensation.
Responsibility
Own our monthly set-up process in Xactly Incent, including setting up of Users, People, Position, Hierarchy, Named Relationships, Quota and Draws
Act as the 1st level support of our Service Now case queue
Identify New Hires, Transfers/Promotions, LOA and Termination
Work with the Sales Plan Design team to coordinate and launch Sales Plans and T’s & C’s
Partner with the Administration to help troubleshoot set-up issues
Collaborate with the Systems team to handle new processes and assist in audits and automation
Lead and maintain business processes and internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
Build trust and relationship with the cross-functional team
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
