What you'll do

As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will help us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. You will be working on solutions that help customers align with local e-signature and raise the level of security and trust for their agreement processes. Your role will be to collaborate with Engineering and Design to build phenomenal product experiences. Your objectives will be to understand the vision and strategy, build the roadmap and execute on the plans that are developed.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is designated as Hybrid.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs
  • Understand market, competitors and customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing to drive the next generation of Identity and eSignature innovations
  • Prioritize the product roadmap for effective release and sprint planning
  • Deliver the definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, product, user experience, program and engineering collaborators
  • Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria and drive prioritization of the backlog
  • Define and analyze metrics that advise the success of products
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development and Marketing on go to market strategies

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or adjacent areas, such as software engineering
  • Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management, or related degree
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering applications using agile methodologies
  • Experience in identity verification space and / or compliance products
  • Experience in SaaS product development
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and optimally connect with technical and non-technical partners
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious about emerging trends and technology and in particular the identity verification market

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
