What you'll do

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager for Docusign Japan, you will be an active all-round contributor to an integrated and highly collaborative marketing team, tasked with delivering creative and productive marketing programs into the region in close alignment with the sales team. You will be responsible for defining and driving the Japanese market's field and partner marketing plan, including organizing 1st and 3rd party events and joint events with partners. This role aims to generate leads, build brand awareness, create demand, and drive revenue in alignment with the region’s key focus segments and industries through Docusign’s ecosystem of partners.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director, Japan.

 

Responsibility

  • Determine 1st/3rd party events, partner joint events, and partner marketing strategy and plan definition for the year and for each quarter, considering input from Sales and other marketing areas
  • Implement the defined partner marketing programs in collaboration with the appropriate team
  • Implement the defined events from beginning to end, including workflows, logistics, operations, pre and post-event communication
  • Follow up on activities results such as attendees, participants, leads, opportunities, ROI and efficiency
  • Bring new ideas and suggestions to improve the program and make sure it is as efficient as possible
  • Work with the sales team to align and implement plans according to their priorities and follow up on programs to make sure the team has what is needed to work on leads
  • Work with the global marketing team to share results and capture best practices
  • Interact with internal and external speakers to organize presentations and seminars when needed

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of marketing or sales-related experience, preferably in technology and B2B
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Proven experience in planning and organizing 1st and 3rd party events
  • Fluent in Japanese and business level in English


Preferred

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Willingness to learn, and creativity to implement the webinar programs with as little assistance as possible
  • Driving business and marketing with and through channel partners/resellers
  • Management skills and teamwork capabilities to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, partners, and customers

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

 

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
